Even though each teacher has their very personal way to write a script for their lessons, having some model templates at hand (or in mind) can help us save time and find a structure.

These templates can also be adapted for the students to be aware of the skills to develop, the tasks to solve, the language to use or the expected outcomes. This will foster their confidence and help them gain a sense of achievement more easily.

I liked this model because it's very intuitive for students too, in contrast to others far more "technical". It could be used for formative self or peer assessment as we will see bellow.

Here is a link to a CLIL-lesson design post by the Huelva University, where you will find another interesting template. It includes sections as "Language OF/FOR/THROUGH learning" in case you want to stand out the specific learning-process vocabulary, such as: "Connect these pairs of information; write a summary; add a link to a website, etc."

(There are some nice reference websites/ readings about CLIL in the post)
